Here it is folks! This iconic pizza was so much fun to make!
For those of you who are new to the trend, Paneer Tikka Pizza has become such a popular fusion dish these last few months. It’s this deliciously decadent and clever combination of a meal that’s found in most Indian restaurants and a PIZZA! I just love how easy this is to make your food so presentable, shareable, and easy to eat. Stay tuned because I will definitely be trying out some more pizza combos!
I cannot wait to hear what you all think of this recipe! As always, be sure to tag me on Instagram if you try it out 🙂 #sweetenedwithspice
XOXO Happy Eating!

Pro Tips:
- I created two individual sized pizzas by using premade firestone naan. I ended up having a little extra marinated paneer that I stored in the refrigerator and used a few days later as filling for Kati Rolls! If you want to create one whole pie of pizza this mixture would work well for that too!
- Make sure to cube your paneer to bite-sized pieces. I’ve seen folks cube them to bigger squares but I found that it results in your pizza falling apart when eating. Check out the photo below if you need inspiration!
- Mix up your peppers! I had red bell peppers on hand but if I had the other colors I would have DEFINITELY mixed them in.
- If you want some extra spice add 1 or two finely grated or chopped green chillis to the marinade.

Paneer Tikka Pizza

-1 garlic clove/ grated
-1/4 tsp ginger/ grated
-1/3 cup cilantro/ chopped
-1 cup of yogurt
-1/3 cup of mozzerella/ shredded
-1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
-1 tsp Garam Masala
-1 tsp Coriander Powder
-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
-2 tbsp tomato sauce
-premade naan or favorite pizza crust
Salt to taste
For the green chutney sauce:
-4tbsp green cilantro chutney
-3 tbsp yogurt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
2. In a medium sized bowl, toss together the paneer, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, yogurt, ginger, garlic, tumeric, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste
3. Cover and let marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes
4. Start assembling the pizza by spooning on the tomato sauce
5. Next, layer on the marinated paneer mixture (if there is extra yogurt dont add that to the pizza as it will result in a soggy crust, just pick out the coated paneer onion and peppers)
6. Sprinkle on the mozzerella and half the cilantro
7. Bake for 13 minutes
8. Broil for 3 minutes
9. In a small bowl, mix together the green chutney with the yogurt
10. Once cooked, drizzle this sauce over the pizza and top with the remaining cilantro!
